Moon & Eclipse offers small-batch handmade earrings featuring beads, charms, and other carefully selected materials.
Because each pair is handmade, slight variations in color, size, pattern, and appearance may occur. Natural stones and beads may have unique characteristics. These differences are part of their handmade nature.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, and material information.
2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Payments are securely processed through Shopify and available payment providers.
- Product availability may change, particularly with limited-batch designs.
- We reserve the right to correct listing or pricing errors. If an affected order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
- Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.
- Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please contact us promptly if an address needs correction.
- If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the opportunity to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by law.
- If a package is lost, damaged, or missing, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
Due to hygiene considerations, all earring sales are final, except where otherwise required by law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your earrings arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the issue, if available.
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellations & Order Changes

We will do our best to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Moon & Eclipse earrings are intended for personal wear and should be handled with care.
To maintain their appearance:
- Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Remove earrings before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
- Store earrings in a cool, dry place.
- Handle beads, charms, and ear wires gently.
